We want you to love your K-beauty picks. If something isn't right, we're happy to help with a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Condition for returns
To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with any seals intact. Because our products are skincare and personal care items, we're unable to accept returns on opened, used, or swatched products for hygiene reasons. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at info@kbeautyflashsale.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your return and provide the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before requesting a return, as we won't be able to process anything sent to us without prior notice.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at info@kbeautyflashsale.com with a photo of the item and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items
Sale items, gift cards, and opened or used skincare/cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of damage or defect.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must still be unopened, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
